the power of change
off initiative, but as an ongoing reality of organisational life.
Focused on solutions that work in the real world.

Build ChangeLeadership
CLI provides the training, coaching, and systems to turn complexity into clarity and sustained performance. Our Services:
Organisations operate under constant internal and external pressures, where visible tension signals that change is already in motion -whether leaders act or not.
What differentiates CLI is not that we help organisations “manage change”, but that we help leaders work productively in the middle of it.
MEET THE TEAM
Let's build your capability to lead throughchange
We exist to partner with you, reveal what's already working, and build the capability to navigate change for the long term. Why CLI?

Njeri Faith is a change leadership practitioner and educator who helps organisations navigate complexity by treating change as a continuous, living process rather than a one-off initiative.
She is the co-originator of the Structure, Evidence, and Behaviour (SEB) framework and the creator of the Behavioural Complexity Matrix (BCM). Her work enables leaders to recognise tension as information, align daily work with organisational intent, and sustain performance through behavioural clarity and evidence-based judgement.
Njeri works with leaders, managers, and supervisors to embed change into how work is actually done.

Peter Ndaa is a strategy execution practitioner, evidence-based performance specialist, and polarity thinker who helps organisations make better decisions and execute strategy effectively in complex environments.
He is a PuMP® Academy partner for Africa and the Middle East and has worked extensively with organisations across multiple industries, supporting leaders to define meaningful results, design good measures, and use performance evidence intelligently. His work ensures that measurement strengthens judgement, learning, and accountability—rather than driving compliance or distortion.

Michael Ngaruma is a Programs Director with a background in biomedical engineering. He brings a strong technical foundation and a practical, structured approach to coordinating and delivering complex programmes.
He is particularly interested in how technical work meets the human realities of organisations—especially in situations where problems cannot be solved through logic alone. Michael is exploring how tools such as polarity thinking and responsible use of AI can help leaders and professionals recognise competing demands, make better decisions, and work effectively with complexity while keeping human judgement at the centre.
